By creating an account on apisemrestricoes.com (apisemrestricoes.com) or using the API, you accept these terms.
The service
We provide an OpenAI-compatible chat-completions API for a single hosted model. The service is provided "as is", with no availability guarantees.
Your account
You are responsible for your API key and everything done with it. Regenerate the key if it leaks.
Acceptable use
You must be of legal age. You may not use the API for anything illegal in your jurisdiction, to generate sexual content involving minors, to harass people, or to attack systems you do not own. We may suspend keys used in this way.
Billing
Usage is charged per token from prepaid credit at the prices shown on the pricing page. Free trial credit expires 7 days after registration. Paid credit never expires.
Refunds
Credit is non-refundable. Credit is prepaid balance to use the API. Once a payment is added to your account, it is final and not returned.
Credit never expires, so nothing you paid for is lost. Paid credit remains in your account until you use it, whether tomorrow or a year from now.
The only exception: if we cannot provide the service. If the API stops working for your account and we cannot restore it, we refund the credit you could not use, in the same stablecoin you paid with, to a wallet address you provide in writing.
Errors are always fixed. If you paid and the credit did not appear, or a top up was charged twice, write to us via the Support with transaction details and we will fix it. This is not a refund request, and there is no time limit for this.
Free trial credit is free and intended to try the API. It cannot be refunded or exchanged, and expires 7 days after registration.
If you live in the EU, EEA, or UK and buy as a consumer, your legal rights are not affected.
Independence
apisemrestricoes.com is an independent service. Names of other companies and products appear on this site only to describe compatibility or for comparison and belong to their owners.
Changes
We may update prices and these terms; the current version is always on this page.
